Anastasia is a Russian-Canadian multidisciplinary artist currently working and living in Toronto. In 2020 she graduated from OCAD University with a Bachelor of Design: Illustration and was selected as a featured artist for Toronto Outdoor Art Fair. Her illustration works won American Illustration, Applied Arts, and Creative Quarterly Awards.
Anastasia is currently working as a virtual art teacher, freelance illustrator, graphic designer, and mural artist. Her work is diverse in its context and forms of expression. Anastasia is a constant learner and researcher; a traveler, an explorer, and a spiritual practitioner. She drives her inspiration from music, quotes, people, and places she visits.

Why is art important to you?
Art is an expression of thoughts and feelings. Art allows me to express myself, to feel whole and free, to be calm, present and patient.
During my breaks, I tend to ...
Clean, read, meditate or research something. And if I feel stuck and restless, I love going for long walks while listening to good music.
Which piece of art you've created is your favourite, and why?
The "Mystical" mural. My first mural created during my trip to Italy. The moment I discovered my love to murals.

Mostly parks. Brickworks, Ramsden Park, Eglinton Park and I also like Harbourfront.
